Typically the pump is mounted under the rear seat beside the drive shaft tunnel. The switch will be mounted in one of the holes under the dash.
Wiring will run from the battery to the switch, behind the kick panel, under the sill plate and under the carpet to the pump under the rear seat. This system will NOT operate hydraulic power windows - windows will still need original pump or must be converted to either manual windows or electric motors (Hot Rod magazines always list vendors that can help convert your windows).
